Size 16-18-20 - 1953 Sundress

Sleeveless dress with collar and bodice cut in one piece. The bodice has a lapped front seam with bound buttonhole. Collar is tapered at center back seam. Large patch pockets have braid trim or button closing. Bonus instructions for pocket treatments have been included.

PDF versions include a copy shop print version as well as a letter/A4 version that you can print out at home. A picture of the inspiration pattern has been provided. The pattern has been scanned and graded from the original inspiration pattern. As vintage sizing has been used, I recommend making a muslin for fitting purposes.

As with most vintage patterns, this pattern assumes an intermediate level sewing skill. A glossary of commonly used techniques has been provided at the end of the instruction sheet.
